Growing up, confidence & weight was always something I struggled with.  I tried every "diet" you could think of - it always started on Monday and by Wednesday I would have given up because I didn't have the belief in myself, or the willpower to succeed.  So feeling low, thinking that another diet hadn't worked for me, I would go on to eat everything and anything I wanted, thinking I would start again next Monday!  I was on a constant cycle.

I compared myself to everyone, always thinking they were prettier & slimmer than me and so this made me feel worse and make even worse food decisions.

Eventually I realised something had to change, and that was ME!  So I started my journey to being a happier, healthier me.

I have three beautiful children and am proud to say I have lost 5 stone, grown in confidence more than I ever thought was possible.

As a qualfied Personal Trainer I have met lots of women who struggle to build consistency with a health balance diet and fitness habits.  I am passionate about educating and empowering women to make permanent changes in their lives and getting off that diet treadmill for good!
